Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta seeks a skilled export/import coordinator with strong experience in international freight forwarding, particularly ocean export and import, to manage documentation and customs compliance.

You will review documents, coordinate with customs, forwarders, and clients, and ensure end-to-end export/import processes while adhering to HS codes, Incoterms, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience in international freight forwarding, especially ocean export/import.
• Strong knowledge of export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CoO, INSW Report).
• Good understanding of HS Code, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Familiar with INSW, CEISA, and customs systems (Bea Cukai).
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to support risk analysis from a customs compliance perspective.

Responsibilities

• Check the completeness of documents before the custom process.
• Check manifest, HS code, Invoice, Packing List, BL, CoO, Lartas, etc.
• Handle end-to-end export and import processes in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and review export-import documents for accuracy.
• Monitor the status of goods until ETA.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (customs, forwarders, clients).
• Submit documentation through INSW, CEISA, and other customs systems.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure company compliance.

Requirement

• Min. 3 years experience in International Freight Forwarding company, especially in Ocean Export Import
• Documents.
• Strong knowledge of export-import documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Surveyor Report, Certificate of Origin/SKA).
• Good understanding of HS Code, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
• Familiar with INSW, CEISA, and Customs (Bea Cukai) systems.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills across stakeholders; internal (cross-department) and external (customs officers, forwarders, clients).
• Ability to support risk analysis and provide insights from a customs compliance perspective.
• Handling submit customer manifest.
• Able to understand and process documents such as:
• Certificate of Origin (CoO)
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Invoice

• Verify Bill of Lading before the vessel's departure.
• Indentify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
