Job summary

PT DAYA CIPTA MANDIRI SOLUSI seeks a skilled System Implementation and Support Specialist to deploy and support software systems for clients. You will demonstrate system functionality to users, gather feedback, and ensure successful implementation.

From training clients to delivering post-implementation support, you will work with HIS, Insurance, ERP, and Education Manage products, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an system implementation and support specialist
• Sound technical knowledge.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• The ability to multitask effectively.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how software systems work to clients and their users and answer questions related to implementation.
• Ensure the client is satisfied with the implementation.
• Install and support software systems for clients, including HIS, ERP, Insurance, and Education Manage modules.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful delivery and timely milestones.
