PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk in Indonesia seeks a senior leader to orchestrate the end-to-end GTM strategy for the Digital Content Partnership ecosystem, bridging commercial intent and technical delivery through partner integrations, service operations, and targeted campaigns.

You will steer cross-functional squads across IT, Billing, Network, and partner teams to ensure seamless API integrations, reliable service uptime, and accelerated time-to-market, while translating delivery metrics

Responsibilities

• Strategic Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership: Define and direct the overarching GTM strategy for all digital partnership initiatives across Gaming, OTT, and Financial Services.
• End-to-End Partner Integration & Delivery: Oversee onboarding of new partners and lead cross-functional squads to ensure API integrations, user journeys, and billing are delivered on time and within budget.
• Digital Service Operations & Incident Governance: Manage live services, monitor SLAs, and lead rapid-response troubleshooting to resolve outages or bottlenecks.
• Campaign Orchestration & Penetration Growth: Schedule and execute promotional campaigns to drive digital service adoption and maximize user penetration.
• Performance Reporting & Continuous Optimization: Build reporting dashboards and translate metrics into actionable improvements for GTM frameworks.
