Job summary

PT. MTS Logistic Indonesia is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support management across MTS Group companies from Jakarta with a hybrid work setup.

You will coordinate projects, monitor action plans, and improve processes while handling documentation and administrative tasks. The role requires at least 1 year of project coordination experience, strong English, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major. Business, Management, or related fields are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination, document control, process improvement, or management support.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of following up on tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and coordinate across departments and companies.
• Willing to travel for business trips when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor management projects, prepare timelines, and track milestones.
• Maintain document filing, numbering, and version control; organize MoM, SOPs, reports, contracts.
• Identify bottlenecks and support process improvements; manage meeting schedules.
