PT Yonyou Network Indonesia seeks a proactive Project Coordinator to assist PMs in developing plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating activities among consultants, technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, organize meetings, document minutes, and help ensure on-time completion while supporting ERP implementation, reporting, and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in project management or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English; Indonesian preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and project methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Assist Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities among consultants, technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed according to the agreed timeline.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes and action items.
