Job summary

Tech Data APAC is seeking an energetic Solution Consultant to bridge reseller/input end-user needs with vendor solutions across the region. You will lead solution design, conduct product demonstrations, and support deployments in multiple locations, ensuring successful adoption of the vendor portfolio.

The role requires strong communication, 3+ years in vendor/reseller environments, and experience with leading IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in vendor and Distributor business or 5+ years in solution-driven Reseller.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with multiple IT vendors and portfolio solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Consulting & Technical Support activities with VARs and end-users.
• Conduct enablement activities: trainings, workshops, webinars for resellers and customers.
• Analyze customer enquiries and map/develop solutions.
• Perform technical discussions and solution design demonstrations.
• Provide project support for customer projects (billable).
• Deliver product presentations at events and webinars.
• Create articles for media and internal portals.
• Stay updated on IT landscape including data center networking, virtualization, and security.
