Job summary

CLOUD VISION TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven sales specialist to generate new business and manage sales engagements across IT solutions. You will build relationships, respond to inquiries, and drive end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing.

The role requires 3–4 years of IT solution selling experience, strong English communication, and the ability to travel overseas when needed. A Bachelor's degree in business or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies/administration/management or equivalent.
• At least 3–4 years of working experience in IT solution selling.
• Prior sales experience in IT product would be preferred.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills (oral and written in English).
• Server/storage and networking knowledge is advantageous.
• Team player with a proactive attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel overseas if required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule.
• Develop strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects.
• Participate in sales presentations, pitching, negotiation and closing.
• Provide excellent service by responding to inquiries, setting appointments and managing after-sales support.
• Manage all aspects of sales engagement and account management.
• Expedite and resolve customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and maintain a productive work environment.
• Submit reports required by management to track sales and competitive activities.
