Job summary

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for order processing and documentation inquiry in Indonesia.

What you will do

• Process sales orders with SAP system.
• Communicate closely with customers and sales team to achieve OTIF (on time, in full delivery) and forecast accuracy targets.
• Coordinate with supply chain, quality and production team to secure the supply.
• Responsible for the data accuracy (eg. pricing, customer master data) and in-time response to customer’s inquiry.
• Support finance on account receivables, account payables, taxation and compliance.
• Improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence with continuous improvement (CI) projects.

What you will bring

• Proven 2-year experience in customer service and/or logistics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Bahasa and English fluency, both written and spoken
