Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in HVAC/MEP sales or similar.
• Knowledge of AHU, VRF, Chiller, DX, FCU, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read MEP drawings and HVAC specs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for project visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HVAC project opportunities and customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate HVAC technical solutions.
• Present and promote HVAC products to consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the engineering team for product selection and technical requirements.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and project follow-ups.
• Negotiate with customers and support the sales process until project closing.
