Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Sales Engineer, HVAC to drive sales of innovative heating, ventilation, and cooling solutions. You will understand customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and work with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong experience in HVAC sales, effective communication, and ability to manage projects end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator.
• Experience selling to contractors, consultants, or company owners; able to handle projects.
• Knowledge of Building HVAC, Fire Protection, Controls is preferred.
• Experience in the Building industry is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SAP operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Johnson Controls solutions to new and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and develop tailored HVAC solutions.
• Lead negotiations and bid activity to achieve optimum profit.
• Prepare tenders and proposals; secure orders to meet targets.
• Maintain relationships and liaise with sales, service, and finance teams.
