Job summary

PT Daikin Airconditioning Indonesia is seeking a Sales Exec to identify new business opportunities for AC maintenance services and to promote preventive maintenance contracts. You will build strong relationships with customers and visit them to understand maintenance needs, while preparing quotations and negotiating terms.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales (HVAC or technical services preferred), good communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel with own vehicle preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) in any field, Engineering or Business preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, HVAC, AC maintenance or technical services preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and hit sales targets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; willing to visit customers and travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities for AC maintenance services.
• Promote and sell preventive maintenance contracts to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct customer visits to identify maintenance needs and service opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve sales targets and manage contract renewals.
• Monitor contract expiration dates and follow up for renewals.
