Job summary

PT Omega Padma Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer to develop business opportunities for Flexicel Insulation products across HVAC, MEP, building, and construction projects. You will identify opportunities, approach contractors and consultants, present technically tailored insulation solutions, and drive quotes through to closing.

The role requires a minimum of a Diploma/Bachelor in engineering, at least two years in sales, and strong communication, negotiation, and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales / Sales Engineer / Project Sales
• Experience in Insulation, HVAC, MEP, Building Material, Mechanical, or Construction is an advantage
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and insulation applications is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to build relationships with Contractors, Consultants, Owners, Developers, and Distributors
• Ability to identify projects and develop new customers
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Willing to conduct project visits and business travel as required
• Personal vehicle and driving license (A/C) is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Search and develop business opportunities for Flexicel Insulation products
• Develop new markets and customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Conduct visits and approach HVAC Contractors, MEP Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Consultants/Engineering Consultants, Main Contractors, Developers, Building Owners/Building Management, Distributors and Dealers
• Promote Flexicel Insulation products and provide solutions according to application needs
• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers and consultants
• Identify insulation requirements for HVAC, ducting, piping, chilled water, refrigeration, and building services applications
• Follow project processes from identification, specification, quotation, tender, negotiation to closing/PO
• Follow up on quotations and ensure sales processes proceed to closing
• Coordinate with technical/engineering teams to provide appropriate solutions and product specifications
• Monitor project progress, material requirements, competitors, market prices, and business opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and gross profit determined by the company
• Prepare sales activity reports, pipeline, forecasts, and project progress regularly
