Job summary

Harmony Kreasi Bangun is seeking a proactive Project Sales Executive in Indonesia to grow its client base across interior design, build, renovation, and furniture projects. You will own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract closing, and collaborate with design and project teams to craft competitive proposals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or business development, strong networking and negotiation skills, and a track record of closing deals for B2B or consumer

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales or Business Development, preferably B2B or project-based.
• Experience in interior design, design & build, construction, renovation, fit-out, custom furniture, property, or building materials preferred.
• Proven ability to independently acquire new clients and close deals.
• Strong prospecting, networking, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Organized CRM use and diligent client follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• New Business Acquisition: identify, approach, and acquire new B2B and B2C clients.
• B2B Sales Development: generate opportunities from corporate offices, retail, F&B, and developers.
• Strategic Partnerships: build relationships with architects, designers, agents, and contractors.
• Residential Sales Development: secure home renovation and furniture projects.
• End-to-End Sales: manage from first contact to closing contracts.
• Internal Coordination: align with design and project teams for proposals.
• Pipeline Management: maintain CRM, follow-ups, and forecasts.
• Target Achievement: hit sales targets while ensuring profitability.
