The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, and collaborate with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR documentation, coordinating training and development, handling payroll-related inputs, and addressing employee queries and concerns.
