Job summary

UWSUN ECO RESORT in South Kuta, Bali, seeks an experienced HR Supervisor for a full-time role to lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and policy development within our eco-tourism hospitality environment.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage HRIS and records, drive performance management, and support wellness initiatives while fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with our sustainability values.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in hospitality, resort or tourism environments
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and employment regulations
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
• Certification or qualification in HR (such as CIPD or equivalent) is preferred

• Oversee employee records, documentation, and payroll administration to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programmes
• Conduct performance management activities including appraisals, reviews, and disciplinary procedures
• Manage employee relations and act as a point of contact for staff queries and concerns
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and coordinate the interview and selection process
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and wellness initiatives across the resort
• Maintain HR databases and prepare reports on key HR metrics and analytics
• Liaise with external stakeholders including labour authorities and external training providers
• Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture aligned with our eco-resort values
