Job summary

A HR Manager role in an established Indonesian food manufacturer leads people strategy and HR operations, aligning them with business objectives while supporting workforce development, performance, engagement, and overall effectiveness.

The role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR compliance, and partners with department leaders to drive workforce planning and organisational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of HR managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
