Job summary

PT. Mahareksa Rana Grafika in Sukoharjo, Indonesia, seeks a Senior HRD to oversee HR functions in a manufacturing environment, handling recruitment, training, payroll, IR, and HR administration.

The candidate will build SOPs and HR policies, align with Indonesian labour regulations, and develop KPI-based appraisal systems while boosting culture, engagement, and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience preferred, preferably from manufacturing environment.
• Experience as HR Senior or HR Supervisor.
• Understanding of Indonesian labour regulations and ability to handle industrial relations.
• Proactive, integrity-driven, solution and results-oriented.

Responsibilities
