Job summary

Skavana Consumer Partners is seeking an HR professional to manage people operations and build scalable HR processes across the organization. You will oversee day-to-day HR activities, ensure data integrity, and support onboarding and offboarding.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in HR, with strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS. You will collaborate with leadership to enhance employee relations, policies, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Generalist or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS, and employment practices.
• Experience drafting contracts, HR policies, SOPs, and handling employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.

About you

• Experience with employment contracts, HR policies, SOPs, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.
• High level of integrity when handling confidential information.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
