Job summary

goodseeds.id is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client in the industrial mechanical service & construction contractor sector, located at Cibinong Center Industrial Estate, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. This role offers direct collaboration with the Director and the opportunity to influence HR strategy and people development.

Responsibilities include budgeting, recruitment, payroll, onboarding, training, performance management, and labor compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7-10 years of HR experience.
• Strong background in end-to-end HR Operations (recruitment, training, payroll, employee relations).
• Experience in HR budgeting, labor cost planning, and workforce management.
• Experience in performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel and support HR operations across multiple locations.

• Prepare annual HR budgets and employee-related cost projections.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, BPJS, employee administration, and onboarding.
• Manage training, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

Location : Cibinong Center Industrial Estate, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat

Working Arrangement : Full WFO, Monday-Friday (08.00-17.00 WIB)

Employment Type : Permanent (PKWTT)
