Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably from gaming industry.

• Proficient HR administration, HRIS usage, documentation, reporting, and compensation & benefits coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Role Description

The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and local regulations, while fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced in recruiting and other HR functions with minimum 5 year experience, preferably from gaming industry.
• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in workplace policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in HR administration, including HRIS usage, documentation, reporting, and compensation and benefits coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Experience designing and delivering training, development, and engagement programs that support a creative and tech-driven workforce.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments, preferably within media, gaming, technology, or entertainment sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
