Job summary

STAMPS is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to transform data into insights, dashboards, and reports that inform business decisions and enhance performance.

You will develop data models, build dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and visualizations, ensuring data quality and actionable outputs across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, IS, statistics or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in BI, data analytics, data reporting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relational databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Reporting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of data modeling, reporting, and data analysis concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
