Job summary

Sinarmas World Academy in BSD Tangerang is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding coordination.

You will proactively source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, agencies and networks, screen applicants, and schedule interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience. You will maintain talent pipelines, handle documentation, & support HR initiatives and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field required.
• Fresh graduate with 1–2 years in HR Generalist or Recruiter role preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and reporting interest.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from planning to onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates via portals, LinkedIn, agencies and networks.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines with regular follow-ups.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee documentation.
• Assist in planning events and HR initiatives.
• Identify ways to improve HR policies and processes.

Job description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning and job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, professional networks, and other talent acquisition platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule the entire interview process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee documentation from onboarding through offboarding.
• Assist in planning and executing company events and employee engagement activities, such as annual gatherings, team-building activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, processes, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and overall employee experience.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
• Fresh Graduate and proven experience (min. 1-2 years) as an HR Generalist or as Recruiter
• Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven - have an eagle eye for accuracy and are passionate about using data to tell a story and drive decisions. An interest in HR analytics is a huge plus
• Master Organizer - excel at time management and prioritizing a demanding task list
