Job summary

PT. MAZARI PROPERTIES GROUP is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations on site in Bali. You will manage employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring policy alignment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years HR Generalist experience (preferably in hospitality), and strong communication, organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years HR Generalist experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and resignation processes.
• Ensure HR policies and SOPs are properly implemented.
• Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct CV screening and initial interviews.
• Monitor manpower requirements and recruitment progress.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Support disciplinary and counselling processes.
• Maintain positive employee relations and workplace culture.
• Coordinate training programs and annual training calendars.
