Dwidaya Tour & Travel seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development. You will translate HR data into actionable recommendations and support succession planning across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include handling employee relations in line with Indonesian regulations, partnering with TA and L&D, and monitoring turnover and engagement to drive improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Experience partnering with business leaders across multiple functions or locations.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, talent development, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Ability to turn HR data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, services, or a business with multiple branches is an advantage.
