Job summary

Dwidaya Tour & Travel in Solo Paragon Mall and Nusantaratour Queencity Mall Semarang seeks a Travel Consultant to manage sales for tours, hotels, flights, travel documents, and insurance.

You will assist customers offline and online (phone, email, social media) with accurate information, striving for high satisfaction, and participate in training to meet sales targets. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken & written English.
• Strong personality, honest, polite, charming and service oriented.
• Willing to work shifts at the mall branch.

Responsibilities

• Handle the entire sales process for tour and travel products, hotels, flight tickets, travel documents, and travel accommodations, and travel insurance.
• Provide excellent service for customers offline (walk-in and corporate) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp).
• Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to their satisfaction.
• Participate in product and service training to enhance competence and maximize performance to achieve sales targets.

Job description

Provide a excellent service for customer through offline (walk-in and corporate) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp)

Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to the satisfaction of the customers

Participate in product and service training and development programs to enhance competence and maximize performance in order to achieve sales targets

Graduate of a vocational high school (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) program in Tourism or Usaha Perjalanan Wisata

Strong personality, honest, polite, charming, professional and service oriented

Excellent command of spoken & written English

Possesses good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

Willing to work shifts at the mall branch
