You will partner with leadership to build an engaged workplace, implement HR policies, and navigate labour laws. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential, as is a passion for sustainable travel.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager with a proven ability to lead HR initiatives.
• Seasoned HR leader with a track record of shaping HR strategies across regions.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong cross-cultural collaboration.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Human Resource Manager, with a proven ability to lead and implement HR initiatives effectively.
• A seasoned HR leader with a track record of shaping and executing high-impact HR strategies across diverse regions.
• Someone passionate about the eco-tourism sector and committed to driving sustainable travel solutions in a global, multicultural environment.
• A results-driven, visionary individual with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and talent development.
• An excellent communicator with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• A strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• A creative problem solver with a forward-thinking approach to HR trends, technology, and workforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, labour laws, regulations and procedures.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to navigate complex cross-cultural environments.
