Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior human resources leader to oversee overseas HR operations in Indonesia. You will work with business teams on talent planning, recruitment for key roles, performance management and incentive design to support overseas growth.

The role emphasizes building sustainable talent pipelines, conducting organizational diagnoses, and delivering end-to-end HR solutions while ensuring compliance with local overseas labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• Fluent in English; working language.
• Willing to take overseas assignment/long-term overseas dispatch.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of full-cycle HR processes and system management.
• Strong data analysis and HR project implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overseas HR operations, collaborate on talent planning, recruitment for key positions, performance management, and incentive system implementation for overseas business development.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee overall overseas human resource operations, collaborate with business teams on talent planning, key position recruitment, performance management, and employee incentive system implementation to support overseas business development.

2. Establish and improve overseas talent development systems, including regular talent reviews, competency assessment, and talent echelon construction to build a sustainable overseas talent pipeline.

3. Conduct organizational and business diagnosis, identify operational and management pain points, and deliver practical, end-to-end HR solutions to help overseas business achieve strategic and operational targets.

4. Keep abreast of local overseas labor laws, employment policies and compliance requirements; continuously optimize company overseas employment management and improve overall labor compliance risk control.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English (able to work as a working language). Willing to take overseas assignment/long-term overseas dispatch.

2. Minimum 5 years of comprehensive human resource working experience.

3. Familiar with full-cycle HR processes and system management; possess structured thinking and capable of translating business demands into actionable HR strategies and solutions.

4. Experienced in data analysis and HR project implementation; able to support organizational diagnosis, talent development and team capability building with practical solutions.

5. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, excellent learning ability and self-motivation.

6. Responsible, empathetic and adaptable; able to work efficiently in a fast-changing and fast-paced business environment.
