Job summary

Geely Indonesia seeks an experienced HR professional to oversee overseas human resource operations and collaborate with business teams on talent planning, recruitment for key positions, performance management, and incentive systems to support overseas growth.

You will build and refine overseas talent development systems, conduct regular reviews, assess competencies, and create a sustainable talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Indonesian and Chinese can be used as working languages
• Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR experience
• Familiar with full-cycle HR processes and system management; translate business demands into actionable HR strategies
• Experienced in data analysis and HR project implementation; support organizational diagnosis, talent development and team capability building
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills, excellent learning ability and self-motivation
• Responsible, empathetic and adaptable in a fast-changing environment

Job Responsibilities：

1. Oversee overall overseas human resource operations, collaborate with business teams on talent planning, key position recruitment, performance management, and employee incentive system implementation to support overseas business development.

2. Establish and improve overseas talent development systems, including regular talent reviews, competency assessment, and talent echelon construction to build a sustainable overseas talent pipeline.

3. Conduct organizational and business diagnosis, identify operational and management pain points, and deliver practical, end-to-end HR solutions to help overseas business achieve strategic and operational targets.

4. Keep abreast of local overseas labor laws, employment policies and compliance requirements; continuously optimize company overseas employment management and improve overall labor compliance risk control.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Indonesian and Chinese can be used as working languages

3. Familiar with full-cycle HR processes and system management; possess structured thinking and capable of translating business demands into actionable HR strategies and solutions.
