We are looking for a hands‑on Human Resources & Business Operations Supervisor to oversee the company's HR function while supporting management in strengthening business processes and organizational performance. This role requires someone who can work beyond routine HR administration. The ideal candidate understands how people, structure, performance, and daily operations affect business results, and is able to translate management priorities into practical execution.
Key responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, probation, employee development, retention, and offboarding
Manage employee administration, employment contracts, attendance, leave, payroll preparation, and BPJS administration
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, counseling, warning letters, and conflict resolution
Ensure company policies and employment practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations
Develop and maintain company regulations, HR policies, SOPs, job descriptions, and organizational structures
Coordinate KPI setting, performance reviews, probation evaluations, and employee development plans
Identify manpower and competency needs based on business priorities
Supervise and provide direction to HR team members
Work closely with management to identify organizational and operational issues affecting business performance
Translate management decisions into clear action plans, policies, workflows, and follow-up mechanisms
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity
Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development
Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, employment contracts, BPJS, and HR compliance
Demonstrated ability to improve processes, manage cross‑functional projects, or support organizational development
Strong business acumen and ability to connect people‑related decisions with operational and commercial needs
Confident in communicating with management and employees at different levels
Assertive, analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and follow through until completion
Experience in aesthetic clinics, healthcare, beauty, hospitality, retail, or other service industries is preferred
