Job summary

Abhati Group is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead group-level HR strategies across holding and business units in Jakarta. You will own Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Compliance.

With 5–10 years in HR leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field, and strong Indonesian labor law knowledge, you will advise the Board on people and organizational matters and build capable HR/GA teams to drive change across the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years experience as HR Manager.
• Full ownership of HR functions: L&D, IR, OD, C&B, compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and regulations.
• Crucial leadership with integrity and mature judgment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead across holding and business units.
