Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education from Psychology, HR Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience in HR, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Mastery of Indonesian labour regulations and labour laws
• Understanding of HRIS operations, payroll management, recruitment techniques, and KPI development
• Mature leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality of company data
