Job summary

Argo Manunggal Group is seeking an experienced HR leader to develop and drive HR strategies that align with business priorities and Group objectives. The role involves leading organizational development, restructuring, and workforce optimization to build an agile, scalable organization.

You will strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes across the Group while advancing performance, talent management, recruitment, and employee development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

• Lead organizational development and restructuring initiatives to build a more effective, agile, and scalable organization.
• Drive manpower planning, workforce optimization, and productivity initiatives to improve organizational and operational effectiveness.
• Build, improve, and standardize HR systems, policies, and processes across the Group.
• Strengthen key people practices, including performance management, talent management, recruitment, and employee development.
• Lead employee relations and HR governance, ensuring effective implementation of company regulations, policies, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Partner closely with business leaders to understand organizational challenges and translate them into effective people and organizational solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Human Asset team to build a strong, collaborative, and high-performing HR organization.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• At least 5–7 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, leading & developing HR team.
• Experience in Poultry, Feedmill, Food Processing, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or other large-scale operational industries will be highly preferred.
• Proven experience in driving HR transformation, organizational development, or major change initiatives.
• Strong exposure to organizational restructuring, manpower planning, workforce productivity, and HR system development.
• Solid understanding of employee relations, company regulations, HR governance, and Indonesian labor laws.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels.
• A strategic yet hands-on leader who can turn business challenges into practical and impactful people solutions.
