This role, at the Supervisor grade within Human Capital – People Development & Performance Management, focuses on end-to-end training, development programs, job descriptions, and performance management support.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a relevant field and 3–5 years in L&D or performance HR, with CHRP/CHRS a plus and English as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D, Performance Management, or related HR functions.
• CHRP/CHRS is a plus
• Fluent in English is a plus

• Create and Manage Individual Development Program
• Manage Job Descriptions and Competency Dictionary
• Support Performance Management, including KPI, appraisal and evaluation
