Job summary

Shopee in Indonesia is seeking a Logistics/Operations professional to monitor inbound/outbound processes and ensure efficient delivery through 3PL and Last Mile networks. You will work on planning, shipping and warehousing strategies across the region.

The role focuses on coordinating schedules and routes for delivery, analyzing operational KPIs, and supporting the end-to-end flow from seller to customer. A background in logistics is preferred, with flexibility for shift work.

Qualifications

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
