Job summary

Shopee Operations in Indonesia manages end-to-end logistics from buyer search to delivery. The team analyzes KPIs, monitors performance, and conducts root-cause analysis across the region.

Roles include handling Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud to ensure smooth operations. We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years in Logistics/Supply Chain, familiar with planning, shipping, and warehousing strategies.

Job description

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Requirements:
