Job summary

PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking a proactive HSEQ specialist based in Bekasi to support safe operations and ensure compliance with Jotun standards. The role reports to the HSEQ Manager and emphasizes policy implementation and documentation upkeep.

Key responsibilities include maintaining HSEQ systems, coordinating projects, delivering training, and ensuring ISO/OHSAS compliance while working closely with site teams. The position offers growth across a global co.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HSEQ or related Engineering field.
• 3+ years experience in sales in building materials or related field.
• Proficient communication and writing in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Support and provide expert advice on HSEQ matters to help ensure safe operations and compliance with applicable regulations and Jotun standards. This position reports to the HSEQ Manager and is based in Bekasi.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the Company’s HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with the legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
• Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.
• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results.
• Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO, and OSHAS system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company’s accreditation to the standards.
• Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Required:

• Holds bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental Engineering/Chemical Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
• Experience minimum 3 years as sales in building materials or in the related field is essential.
• Proficient communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred:

• Having analytical and problem-solving skill
• Domicile and able to work at Bekasi.
