Job summary

PT. Jotun Indonesia is seeking an HSEQ Specialist based in Bekasi to support and advise on health, safety, environment, and quality matters.

You will report to the HSEQ Manager and ensure compliance with local regulations and Jotun standards, delivering training and maintaining documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field and at least 3 years’ experience in a building materials context, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental/Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience minimum 3 years in sales in building materials or related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Company’s HSEQ policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
• Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
• Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system with Element Owners.
• Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specialist areas to achieve results.
• Maintain and improve HSEQ, ISO and OSHAS system documents for audits and accreditation.
