To develops, implements, and monitors integrated management systems to ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), and quality requirements. Mitigate risks, perform audits, and foster a strong safety culture across company environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Public Health or related field. Diploma with 4 years of experiences are welcome to apply.
- Familiar in SMK3, CSMS/ e-CHSEMS and capable in proactively promoting the program
- Good Knowledge in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 application.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like Japanese or Mandarin are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient on using computer/laptop/office software at minimum for reporting purposes
Specific Requirements
- Willing to do work onsite area (onshore & offshore – overseas)
- Preferably maximum of 30 years old
- Experience in industrial equipment, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, mining, or related industries is an advantage.
- Familiar with Piping drawings, P&ID, and Industrial Standard (ASME, ASTM, API, etc)
- Good knowledge in conducting investigation and completing root cause analysis
Responsibilities
- Comply with customer HSE, Quality policies and procedures whilst on site/customer location.
- Performing Inspection, Audits, and Emergency Response Simulations.
- Establish, Manage and Review Quality and HSE Documents as per statutory, standard applied and business need.
