Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Officer to maintain, monitor, and review daily operations and facilities, ensuring employee safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead SHE training and inductions, inspect safety equipment, and support audits and investigations to correct deficiencies.

The role requires a Diploma in any major, 2 years' environmental experience or fresh graduate status, and willingness to travel to all sites, with good English.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years in Environmental or fresh graduate status.
• Attended training or certification related environmental issues.
• ISO 141 certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work outside office hours.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and present SHE training and SHE induction to enhance safety awareness among Head Office employees. Safety awareness among Head Office employees is significantly enhanced.

Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use. Statutory, fire, and rescue equipment are complete and ready to use.

Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance with company's safety regulations. project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress are in compliance with company's safety regulations.

Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program. The overall program is significantly improved.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
