Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in K3, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as HSE/Safety
• Valid K3 certification
• Familiar with SIML and CSMS Migas cycle
• Preferred: Understanding of SMK3, K3, Internal Audit, Risk Assessment Management
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Conduct socialization and enhance understanding of all employees, vendors, and related parties regarding K3L provisions and procedures in the company
• Implement safety induction for new employees and company guests in accordance with applicable needs and requirements
• Assist in investigating incidents and work accidents and provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
• Prepare draft, maintain, and monitor updates to K3L documents to ensure they remain in accordance with company standards and applicable requirements
• Monitor external documents, including laws, regulations, and latest K3L provisions, and inform relevant changes to superiors and related departments
• Review and prepare K3L documents for customer tender purposes and other supporting documents, including coordinating with related departments to meet tender requirements
• Review data and results of Management Review Meetings that have been conducted and ensure follow-up related to K3L is carried out as needed
• Maintain completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of K3L documentation and reporting in accordance with company standards and applicable legal requirements
• Create Purchase Requisition (PR) to meet operational needs of the K3L Section

About you
