Job summary

Inspektindo is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist for an Oil & Gas project. The role focuses on hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigations to ensure strict HSE compliance on site.

You will deliver inductions, training, and inspections, coordinate with the PM and customer HSE reps, and maintain comprehensive HSE records throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Must have AK3 Umum & K3 MIGAS certifications.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001.
• Experience in CHSEMS / CSMS implementation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Incident Investigation.
• Preferably competent in First Aider and Fire Fighter.
• Able to use editing applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hazard identification related to ongoing work activities and report any identified hazards to the Project Manager.
• Monitor work execution to ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and the Customer's HSE Representative regarding any HSE issues related to project activities.
• Deliver HSE inductions, awareness programs, and required training sessions for project personnel.
• Perform regular HSE inspections throughout project execution.
• Conduct workplace environmental quality assessments and monitoring.
• Coordinate emergency drill activities during project execution and liaise with the Customer's HSE team regarding planning and implementation.
• Maintain and document all HSE records, reports, inspections, training records, and other HSE activities carried out during the project.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable HSE regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture and encourage safe work practices among all personnel on site.
