Job summary

Graha Trans is seeking a dedicated Human Capital Shared Services specialist to oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, employee data administration, and HC data management in our Indonesia operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate attendance data, support reporting to government platforms, and analyze HC data to drive improvements while safeguarding confidential information, with placement in Cikarang and collaboration across HR,

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, Compensation & Benefit (Comben), and HC administration.
• Proficient in HCIS/SunFish and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines and targets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Solid understanding of HC policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Familiar with government reporting platforms (BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, WLKP/WLTK, Disnaker, JSHK).
• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee data, especially payroll and Comben information.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Employee Data & HC Administration: Manage and update employee data accurately and timely while ensuring document completeness and confidentiality.
• Attendance & Time Management: Validate attendance, leave, sick leave and overtime data; resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Payroll Management: Prepare and process payroll calculations in line with policies; validate and reconcile payroll data.
• Compensation & Benefit Management: Administer allowances, deductions, reimbursements, and BPJSTK/BPJS Kesehatan compliance.
• Statutory & Government Reporting: Handle BPJSTK, BPJS Kesehatan, WLKP/WLTK, Disnaker, and JSHK reporting on time.
• Data Analysis & Reconciliation: Analyze payroll, attendance, and HC data; reconcile records across systems.
• Reporting & Operational Control: Prepare and submit payroll, HC, and related reports; monitor for gaps and risks.
• Coordination & Team Supervision: Coordinate with departments; guide team activities and ensure timely completion.
