Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Min. 1 year of working experience / internship in related fields.
- Interest in HR Tech / HRIS / SaaS solutions.
- Experience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred.
- Good professional English communication.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and pursue new business opportunities in the HRIS/SaaS space.
- Find and approach new business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings and HRIS product demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable HRIS solutions.
- Handle negotiations and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for implementation and customer support.
- Keep client and sales activities updated in the CRM.
