Royal Security Indonesia (PT Bripindo Sejahtera) is seeking an IT/HRIS support specialist to lead operational support for RSI Tech and Talenta systems. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and train internal users to maximize system effectiveness.

The role involves contributing to system development, participating in testing, and documenting procedures to ensure consistent operations across platforms.

Qualificações

• Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Information Technology/Systems Information.
• Experience managing HRIS systems, particularly Talenta/Mekari, and IT Support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network, cloud/SaaS.
• Proactive mindset, quick learner, and strong drive to develop.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact (PIC) for operasional RSI Tech and Talenta, monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance
• Handle, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly
• Provide training and guidance to internal users
• Participate in development, testing, and implementation of new systems
• Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOP)
