Job summary

PT Mid Solusi Nusantara (MEKARI) invites an HRIS Activation Specialist to Bali to support Mekari Talenta. You will assist clients in configuring applications to their needs and advise on HRIS and payroll best practices.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, implementing systems, solving client issues, and reporting regularly to the manager. A degree in HRM/IT and 1+ year payroll or HRIS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of payroll handling or HRIS experience.
• Knowledge of payroll components, tax, and BPJS.
• Strong analytical abilities and client-facing skills.
• able to work under pressure and meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to set up applications per their requirements.
• Provide consultancy on HRIS and payroll best practices.
• Support and solve client problems.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report to the manager on client needs and issues regularly.
