Job summary

PT Rukun Persada Makmur in Jakarta is seeking an IT Support / IT Operational professional to maintain and support the organisation's IT infrastructure and end-user systems.

The role covers routine preventive maintenance, end-user support, software/hardware deployment, and ensuring network security and data backup availability. The candidate should have a 3+ year degree and 1–2 years' IT experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 or S1 qualification in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT Support or IT Operations experience.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and IT assets.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, Subnetting).
• Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and device deployments.
• Knowledge of IT security, backups, and corporate email systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on hardware, software, and office networks
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users and employees
• Install, configure, and update software and hardware devices
• Manage network security and data backup system availability
• Manage IT asset inventory and document issue resolutions
