Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to translate client requirements into configured HRIS workflows and to manage data migration and system testing. You will configure modules such as employee database, payroll, attendance, and performance management, and train clients for smooth adoption.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to support successful implementations and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing or HRIS implementation.
• Familiarity with payroll, attendance, and performance management modules.
• Proficient in Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new HRIS.
• Ensure data integrity and perform necessary validations.

Training And Support

• Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Documentation

• Create detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes.
• Maintain records of client interactions and implementation progress.

Continuous Improvement

• Gather feedback from clients to enhance future implementations.
• Stay updated on HRIS trends, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• Min. 1 year of experience in related role (data processing, or most preferable HRIS Implementation)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and modules (e.g., payroll, attendance, and performance management).
• Strong understanding of data migration processes and tools.
• Proficient in Excel and other data management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
