Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an HR Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement across the Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita platforms.

You will support a fast-scaling team, ensure accurate HR data, and help drive employer branding and culture initiatives across Indonesia’s leading startup ecosystem. Strong communication in English and Indonesian is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or people-related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator in English and Indonesian and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
• Support teams that are scaling rapidly across multiple brands (Dealls, KantorKu, SejutaCita).
• Maintain HR data accuracy in attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Assist in performance review cycles, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with leaders on career pathing, retention, and culture initiatives.

About The Role

You’ll be the backbone of our People operations - ensuring smooth execution across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement. As HR Generalist, you’ll work across Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita, supporting teams that are scaling fast and shaping how our people grow with the company.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, promotion, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives alongside the TA team.
• Maintain and update HR data, ensuring accuracy in attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Assist in performance review cycles, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal documentation standards.
• Partner with leads and HRBP on career pathing, retention, and culture initiatives.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years experience in HR operations, generalist, or people-related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator in both English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling confidential information.

• Experience in startups or tech companies.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools (e.g., KantorKu).
• Exposure to performance management or competency frameworks.
