FinAccel Pte Ltd in Jakarta is seeking an HR Systems & Reporting specialist on a 12‑month contract to optimize HRIS, governance and analytics. You will administer Darwinbox, improve data integrity and translate business requirements into system enhancements that drive efficiency.

Lead HR reports and dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python), collaborate with HR and IT, and deliver actionable insights while managing multiple projects and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on HRIS administration experience.

Responsabilités

• HRIS Administration: configure, maintain and ensure system health.
• Optimize HRIS modules, automate processes and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR/IT to translate requirements into specs.
• Manage HRIS projects including upgrades and integrations.
• Data audits and governance to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Design, develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify HR trends and actionable insights.
• Communicate findings to HR and business stakeholders.
