Job summary

PT Mid Solusi Nusantara (MEKARI) invites an Activation Specialist to join Mekari Talenta in Bali. You will assist clients to set up HRIS and payroll applications, consult on best practices, and support implementation to meet requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or IT, with at least 1 year in payroll or HRIS. You should be comfortable with numbers, able to analyze data, work under pressure, and collaborate with clients and team.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in HRM, IT, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of payroll experience or HRIS exposure.
• Knowledgeable about payroll components, tax, and BPJS.
• Strong analytical abilities and comfort with numbers.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to set up HRIS/payroll applications per requirements.
• Provide consultancy on HRIS, Payroll best practices.
• Support and solve client problems promptly.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report client needs and issues to the manager regularly.
